Hip arthroscopy is a minimally invasive way to treat femoroacetabular impingement and to repair labral tears. If we do find that the labrum is torn from its attachment along the edge of the socket, it can be repaired with sutures. If it is found that you do have a cartilage injury, either to the socket or
