Clavicle fractures can occur from a variety of mechanisms including motor vehicle accidents and sporting injuries. Those fractures that are displaced and shortened may benefit from surgery for more reliable anatomic healing and quicker return to activity. In this video, we demonstrate the fixation of a clavicle fracture in an athlete with a titanium plate and screws.
